Junior Remedy Developer
General Experience:
Candidate must be technically well-rounded with proven applications development expertise using Remedy version 7.  Must be a self-starter and have the flexibility to provide varying levels of support to the project, work well with limited oversight and be able to manage tasks and requirements in a fast paced development team environment. Must be detail and process-oriented.
 Technical Skills:

•  Manage access control and Remedy Action Request (AR) System licenses
•  Perform common administrative tasks using the AR System Administration Console.
•  Create AR System objects by using BMC Remedy Developer Studio
•  Build AR System forms, fields, and menus to meet business data requirements
•  Build AR System active links that automate system responses to user actions
•  Build AR System filters that enforce business rules
•  Build time-based escalations
•  Customize an application for the Web
•  Use log files for evaluating performance and identifying performance issues
•  Identify the best practices in optimizing AR System 7
•  Familiarity with relational databases and SQL

Optional Skills:
Experience integrating a Service Catalog (such as NewScale) with Remedy
Basic understanding of the ITIL framework
Soft Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and situations
• Ability to come up with creative solutions to general requirements
