Microsoft Sharepoint Portal Manager

Job Description: Must have knowledge and experience with Microsoft Share Point Portal and Share Point Portal Services. Must be comfortable working with customers to develop portal requirements to ensure that sites meet the business needs of the organization. Responsible for development, implementation and maintenance of multiple Share Point Portal sites. Monitors portal traffic, oversees the development of portal content, and performs portal server administration and security. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and/or at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Required Experience:

  • Must have experience developing enhancements and performing maintenance on existing MS Sharepoint Portal 2003/2007 sites.
  • Must have experience in all phases of the site development lifecycle, including gathering user requirements and executing them in new site designs.
  • Must have experience in administering Microsoft IIS and Portal Services V2/V3.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • The ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Must have a current DoD Secret security clearance.

Senior Java/J2EE Developer

Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and integrating Java server and client applications in an enterprise environment. Some applications will use J2EE Web Services, and connect to  relational database back-ends. Working as part of a development/applications support team, the candidate will:

  • Develop enhancements and perform maintenance on existing system applications/modules as well as architect new modules in a J2EE and/or Web services environment.
  • Participate in all phases of the application development lifecycle, using object-oriented and relational database design techniques.
  • Assist in the development of architectures and  coding standards for the enterprise.

Required Experience:

  • Experience designing, developing, documenting and debugging Java/J2EE Web services.
  • Experience in unit testing as well as integration testing of software code, application modules and the application as a whole.
  • The ability to quickly learn new technologies and programming techniques.
  • Experience developing and working with UML diagrams and software design specifications.
  • Experience utilizing industry standard design patterns and software best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of relational database technologies and SQL.

  • The ability to work well in a team environment.
  • A current DoD Secret security clearance is required.

Microsoft .NET Developer

Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and unit testing new front-end modules for a mature organizational management system. The system consists of a Microsoft .NET Thin Client front-end, utilizing J2EE Web Services, and connecting to a back-end relational database. Working as part of a development team, the candidate will:

  • Develop enhancements and perform maintenance on existing user interface modules as well as architect new user interface modules in a C# and Windows forms environment.
  • Participate in all phases of the application development lifecycle, using object-oriented and relational database design techniques.
  • Conform to, and develop coding standards for, other best practices.

Required Experience:

  • Experience designing, developing, documenting, and debugging Microsoft .NET user interfaces.
  • Experience in unit testing as well as integration testing of software code, application modules, and the application as a whole.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and programming techniques quickly.
  • Experience in developing and working with UML diagrams and software design specifications.
  • Experience utilizing industry standard design patterns and software best practices.
  • In-depth experience with relational database technologies and SQL.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • The ability to work well in a team environment.
  • A Current DoD Secret security clearance desired; ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance required.

Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Job Description: The successful candidate will perform the following duties:

  • Will work directly for the QSMI Contracts Manager.
  • Support company executive management.
  • Data entry for Contracts, Accounting, and Security.
  • Answer phones/handle mail - make post office runs.
  • Using data entry manage and maintain vendor files/security files.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance calls.
  • Schedule meetings/coordinate internal meetings/employee luncheons.
  • Ensure office supplies and equipment are ordered.
  • Execute letters, memos, and correspondences.
  • Assist in scheduling new hire interviews, orientations.
  • Assist in preparing new employee documentation.
  • Assist with A/P, A/R, Payroll, data entry as directed by Contracts Management.
  • Assist with bank account/credit card reconciliations.
  • Keep kitchen and employee morale supplies in stock.

Required Experience:

  • Must have at least two years experience in a similar position.
  • Must have experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must work well with others and be a self starter.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a DOD Secret security Clearance.

Other Desired Requirments:

  • Experience using QuickBooks Enterprise Edition is highly desired.
  • Applicant should have a desire to assume greater responsibility in the Human Resources/Office Administration field.
