Founded in 1997 as a provider of software development and other information technology services and solutions, QSMI was recapitalized early this year as a woman-owned small business, after the retirement of two of the three company principals. QSMI as a company is well positioned to respond to the new reality in the Federal contracting environment, and to deliver solutions-oriented services to the state and local as well as commercial customers.
