A veteran-owned small business, QSMI was founded in 1997 by the members of our current executive management team, which includes Michael Hoagland, President and CEO; Carrington Thomson, Executive Vice President and CFO; and David Shillingburg, Senior Vice President. Collectively, these highly seasoned executives offer more than 80 years of experience in federal and commercial information systems environments.
